Using the touch driver to send touch events

Sep 16, 2011 at 2:38 AM

Hi there I am trying to use this to send fake touch events.

At the moment I am getting lost in trying to figure out what is going on.

All I want to do is send simple touch down at point, touch up at point etc messages.

From what I can see there is a pipe net.pipe://localhost/Multitouch.Service/ApplicationInterface

can I use this to send events. If so is there any documentation/interface to show me the what to send along this pipe?

Any help would be really helpfull

Some background info:

I am trying to add some functionality to Sikuli script. Specifically I want to be able to send windows 7 touch events.

You should look at input providers and implement IProviders interface.

Thanks I am starting to get the hang of this. As I am doing this as an academic project, I'm documenting a lot of what I'm doing. Would any of this be useful to you. For example I have some of the basics of putting together an input provider. Once I have written up my project I would be keen to write up some tutorials/docs.

That would be great. We could post them in Documentation tab.
