can not get the driver to work

Dec 7, 2010 at 4:42 PM

Hello,

I tried following the instructions to install the driver on my windows 7 machine. I do see a universal software HID device in my device manager and I can disable and re-enable it. But in the pen and touch windows the "show the touch pointer" is greyed out so I can't enable it. If I enable mouse support in the configuration utility I see a red dot but it is not at my mouse pointer. It also does not respond to clicks. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Cheers,

Ok, it took some time but I got it to work. The "show touch pointer" option is greyed out because I didn't have the table components installed to install them you need to go to the "control panel -> programs -> turn windows features on off" The second thing was that I needed to start the  service console before the driver console. I hope this helps other people who stumbled on the same problems.

Cheers,
