Added Surface input provider. To build it use "Debug with Surface" configuration instead of "Debug". Added command line parameter for Multitouch.Driver.Console. "-standalone" will start multitouch service before starting driver. No need to start Multitouch.Service.Console.exe manualy anymore. You have to start SurfaceInput.exe for input provider to work.

Fixed bug where ContactHandlers registered for all events (IntPtr.Zero) got them only if no other ContactHandlers received this events. Also it is now possible for more than one application to get events for the same handle.

Description:
Corrected a bug which causes MTV to crash when using the DraggableScrollViewer with a TUIO device like Wiimote + WiimoteTUIO (cause: repeated contact Ids)
To cause the bug in the version before this patch just click inside a DraggableScrollViewer, then click out, then back inside, with a TUIO device that uses the same contact Id for this contact.
